Compensation, Stipend & Bonuses

Wipro offers an excellent earn-while-you-learn structure with a massive joining bonus:

• 1st Year Stipend: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
• 2nd Year Stipend: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
• 3rd Year Stipend: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc).
• Eligible Streams: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics. (Note: Core Mathematics is a mandatory subject in graduation).
• Academics: Must have passed 10th and 12th. Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in Graduation.
• Backlogs: Only ONE active backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment (must be cleared by the 6th semester).
• Gap in Education: Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th standard and the start of graduation. No gaps allowed during graduation (must complete in 3 years).

Wipro Selection Process

Eligible candidates will undergo a 3-round selection process:

1. Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes):
   • Verbal (20 mins – 20 Qs)
   • Analytical (20 mins – 20 Qs)
   • Quantitative (20 mins – 20 Qs)
   • Written Ability Test (20 mins)
2. Round 2 – Voice Assessment: English communication test (20 Minutes).
3. Round 3 – Business Discussion: Final interview round.
