Depending on your academic credentials and interview performance, you will be aligned to one of three specialized tracks. Here are the detailed responsibilities and eligibility criteria for each:

Track 1: IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Role: You will write database queries, perform CRUD operations, execute test scripts, and analyze service tickets using IT Service Management tools.
• Eligible Degrees: BCA, BSc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics & Electronics).
• Criteria: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Diploma, and UG. (Rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).

Track 2: Multicloud Services

• Role: You will administer computing environments, monitor production servers, handle incident management, and support Cloud, Windows, and Database environments.
• Eligible Degrees: ANY 3-year UG degree (e.g., BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.).
• Criteria: Minimum 50% in academics. (Rounding off 49.9% is not allowed).

Track 3: Digital Workplace Services

• Role: Provide first-line technical support to global clients, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and log support tickets.
• Eligible Degrees: ANY 3-year UG degree (e.g., BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.).
• Criteria: Minimum 50% in academics. (Rounding off 49.9% is not allowed).

Important Guidelines & Rules

1. No PG / Engineering: Candidates currently enrolled in full-time Postgraduate programs or 4-year B.Tech degrees are NOT eligible.
2. No Arrears: You must have no standing arrears at the time of joining.
3. Flexibility: You must be flexible to work from any Cognizant office in India, in any shift (including night shifts), and on any assigned technology.
4. PAN Card Mandatory: A PAN card is a mandatory requirement for onboarding. Ensure your first name, last name, and father’s name exactly match your registered application.
