Key Responsibilities
As an ITSD-Tech Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for Deloitte employees facing technology challenges across the globe (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
- Technical Support: Provide effective and timely resolution for voice and non-voice interactions (phone, email, chats, and self-service tickets).
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve incidents regarding application software, hardware, Windows 10, MacOS, and networking.
- Documentation: Log every incident accurately in the CRM tool and manage escalations when necessary.
- Knowledge Management: Identify knowledge gaps and create or update technical support documents.
- Mentorship: Act as a guide and mentor to new hires joining the contact center.

- Educational Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com / BCA / B.Tech (Computer Science or Electronics background preferred) / Other non-engineering graduates or Diploma holders.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant technical support experience.
- Core Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, MS Office (2010/2013/Outlook), Operating Systems (Windows 10, MacOS), and basic networking/internet protocols.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written, verbal, listening, and analytical skills. Ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and communicate them simply.
