Key Responsibilities

As an ITSD-Tech Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for Deloitte employees facing technology challenges across the globe (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

  • Technical Support: Provide effective and timely resolution for voice and non-voice interactions (phone, email, chats, and self-service tickets).
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve incidents regarding application software, hardware, Windows 10, MacOS, and networking.
  • Documentation: Log every incident accurately in the CRM tool and manage escalations when necessary.
  • Knowledge Management: Identify knowledge gaps and create or update technical support documents.
  • Mentorship: Act as a guide and mentor to new hires joining the contact center.
