Key Responsibilities

As a Java Software Engineer, you will be involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Application Development: Build, maintain, and manage Java/Java EE applications from concept and design through to testing.
• Production Support: Provide quality day-to-day production support for Java/Web-based applications and manage production issues strictly according to business SLAs.
• Release Management: Manage the implementation of application releases, adhering to best practices in release management.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Security teams to provide seamless business support.
• Process Improvement: Enhance existing support processes to maintain and improve service levels and quality.

Eligibility Criteria & Technical Skills Required

To be eligible for this HCL Tech Recruitment, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience Level: Fresh graduates with a great learning attitude are highly encouraged to apply!
• Core Java Skills: Sound knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) patterns. Knowledge of Dependency Injection is required.
