Key Responsibilities
You will support the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of hiring.
- Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct persuasive, sales-driven conversations to sell the Zycus brand.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth candidate experience.
- Analytics: Track recruitment metrics to reduce time-to-hire.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

- Dual Degree Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
- PLUS an MBA (HR / Marketing / General Management)
- Skills:
- Strong “salesy” and persuasive communication approach.
- Highly tenacious, aggressive, and action-oriented.
- Excellent follow-up skills and a go-getter attitude.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior internship experience in recruitment/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
