  • Design and Development: Design, build, test, and configure applications based on complex business requirements.
  • Innovation: Participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and integrate emerging technologies into existing solutions.
  • Quality & Ownership: Deliver high-quality code, participate in peer reviews, and take ownership of successful solution implementation.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging, dynamic environments.

  • Highest Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech (All Branches)
    • M.E./M.Tech (All Branches)
    • M.Sc. (All Branches)
    • MCA
    • Integrated Dual Degree Program (BE + ME, BTech + MTech, BE/BTech + MS)
  • Education Mode: Only Full-time Education is eligible (Part-time, distance education, and diplomas are not eligible).
  • Experience: You should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
  • Academics:
    • No active backlogs in any semester during registration & onboarding.
    • No gaps during your current relevant highest degree (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. must be completed in 4 years).
  • Re-application: You must not have appeared for any Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months.
  • Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in India (Indian Citizen, or valid work permit/OCI/PIO card. Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not require a visa).

📝 The Accenture Recruitment Process

The selection process is designed to identify the best talent. If eligible, you will receive an invitation for the online assessments.

Step 1: Mock Assessment

  • A 20-minute mandatory practice test to check your hardware, software, and internet connectivity.

Step 2: Assessment – Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment (40 minutes)

  • Behavioral: Focuses on your Personality.
  • Cognitive: Focuses on Immersive & Gamified puzzles, and Numerical equations.

Step 3: Assessment – Technical Assessment (45 minutes)

  • Tests your knowledge in:
    • Common Application and MS Office
    • Pseudocode
    • Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud
    • Computer Science (Basic Programming Concepts)

Step 4: Assessment – Coding Assessment (60 minutes)

  • You will solve 3 questions using one of the following languages/technologies:
    • Backend: Java, Dotnet, Python, C++, C#
    • Database: SQL
    • Front-end: HTML, CSS, React.Js, Vue.JS

Step 5: Assessment – Communication Assessment (Approx. 30 minutes)

  • A separate assessment focusing on your:
    • Verbal Skills: Pronunciation, Fluency, Active Listening, Spoken English Understanding, Vocabulary, Articulation, Grammar.
    • Written Skills: Etiquette, Content, Grammar.

Step 6: Final Round – Interview

  • The final selection is based on your overall performance in all previous rounds, followed by a Technical and HR Interview.
