Kickstart your journey by registering for the hiring challenge and stepping into an opportunity designed to identify top talent. Once you sign up, you’ll move through a structured and transparent selection process tailored to evaluate both your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Challenge Format

The hiring challenge consists of four key stages:

  1. Shortlisting based on eligibility and profile evaluation
  2. Tech Talk with Leadership to understand the role, expectations, and company vision
  3. Online Assessment including MCQs and coding questions
  4. Interviews to assess technical and interpersonal capabilities

Candidates who clear the initial screening will receive an email invitation for the online assessment. Those who perform well will move ahead to face-to-face interview rounds.


Roles & Responsibilities

Java Backend Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with team members, product owners, and designers to implement requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions for cybersecurity applications.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and stay updated on emerging Java and cybersecurity technologies.

PHP Backend Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain Securonix Threat Intelligence Platform – ThreatQ, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to implement requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and stay updated on emerging technologies in cybersecurity and SaaS environments.

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge

Java Role:

  • Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented programming principles
  • Proficient in Java frameworks (Spring, JSF) and Microservices architecture
  • SQL/Database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Git, RESTful APIs, JSON, front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Agile methodology, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestNG), build tools (Maven, Gradle)
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

PHP Role

  • Working experience in Laravel/PHP development
  • Strong knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming principles
  • Microservices and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes)
  • SQL/Database systems (MySQL, MariaDB)
  • Git, RESTful APIs, front-end technologies (React/Angular JS, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript, CSS)
  • Agile methodology, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestNG)
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
