What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Design Teams: Work closely with stakeholders and design teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
• Transform Design Prototypes: Convert UI/UX design prototypes and mockups into responsive, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement Responsive Interfaces: Utilize HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript to develop responsive and functional web interfaces based on design specifications.
• Test and Debug Code: Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance across various browsers and devices.
• Optimize Web Applications: Enhance web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility while adhering to responsive design principles.
• Manage Codebase: Use version control systems (Git, GitHub) to manage code, track changes, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in Design Reviews: Engage in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain consistency across projects.
• Evaluate Customer Experience: Analyze end-to-end customer experiences, instrument conversion points, and optimize user funnels.
• Implement Tracking Tools: Set up and manage third-party tracking and conversion tools (e.g., pixels, tags) to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
• Optimize Marketing Technology: Ensure the marketing technology stack is configured to support lead generation tracking and reporting, including conversion events and lead flow integration.

Experience You’ll Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and front-end development skills.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript with a track record of writing clean, maintainable code.
• Responsive Design: Expertise in responsive design principles and frameworks, ensuring consistent interface rendering across devices.
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to debug and resolve front-end issues and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Analytics & Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, major social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Best Practices: Knowledge of online and mobile customer experience best practices, SEO principles, and UI/UX testing methodologies.
• SEO Basics: Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
