- Coding & Design: Undertake the analysis, design, coding, and testing activities for software modules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all software is developed on time and meets high-quality standards.
- Process Support: Support company development processes, including participating in code reviews, adhering to coding styles, and meeting unit testing requirements.
- AI Implementation: Assist in designing and implementing solutions that use AI agents, source code repositories, and knowledge bases to automate case resolution and code remediation.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions, seek mentorship from senior engineers, and accelerate your learning trajectory.
🎓 Essential Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in core software development and possess the right collaborative mindset for success.
Foundational Software Development Skills
- OOP: A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns is required.
- Programming Language: Working knowledge of either C# / .NET or Java.
- Databases: Exposure to relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and basic SQL concepts and operations.
- Version Control: Understanding of Git for version control and basic CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) concepts.
- Core Principles: Awareness of fundamental software engineering principles like SOLID principles and testing methodologies.
