💻 The Role: Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor across the entire software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Contribution: Participate actively from analysis and design through coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Quality Code: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Feature Development: Build and integrate new features to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Verification & Quality: Support verification through unit and integration testing to ensure quality standards are met.

📝 The Application Process: How to Apply
The selection process for the Bounteous x Accolite Software Engineer role is a rigorous, multi-stage challenge format:
Step 1: Application Form Submission

Step 2: Round 1 – Technical Assessment
- After registration, you will receive an email from the Bounteous/Accolite team (or Talent Titan) with the assessment details, date, and time slot.

Step 3: Round 2 – Advanced Technical Assessment
- Only shortlisted candidates who perform well in Round 1 will be invited to this second, more advanced technical assessment.
Step 4: Profile Review & Interviews
- The Talent Acquisition team will review your profile, academic performance, and assessment reports.
- Selected candidates will be contacted for virtual interviews. The interview process typically spans 3–4 weeks and includes 2–3 technical rounds followed by a final HR round.
Important Note: Only one entry per participant is permitted. Multiple submissions will lead to disqualification. Due to high volume, only shortlisted candidates will receive communication.
