About the Role
As a Marketplace Health Specialist, your main responsibility will be to help improve the overall health and engagement levels of Cvent’s vendor marketplace. You will work closely with planners, vendors, and internal teams to improve response rates, booking rates, and overall marketplace performance.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Health & Support
- Support planner outreach to increase response rates on active RFPs.
- Track and monitor RFP performance, including responses, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Work with Marketplace Health teams to identify unresponsive vendors or planners and support improvement activities.
2. Workflow & Quality Management
- Maintain accuracy in project tracking sheets and internal dashboards.
- Assist in running routine marketplace health audits to ensure responsiveness.
- Identify process gaps and share insights or suggestions for improvement.
3. Collaboration & Learning
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to improve workflows.
- Help refine or create communication templates and SOP documents.
- Stay updated with new marketplace tools, AI-driven features, and industry best practices.
What Cvent Is Looking For
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic interest or understanding of AI, automation, and modern tech tools.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Team player with a dependable and collaborative approach.
Preferred (but not mandatory): A background in business, hospitality, travel, or related fields.
Qualifications
