As an Analyst Trainee, you will be deeply involved in the entire solution delivery lifecycle, focusing on building technical proficiency and hands-on implementation.

Technical & Delivery Focus

• Solution Development: Be responsible for code, development, and unit testing of applications.
• Design & Specifications: Support application design and be responsible for the creation of technical specifications.
• Testing & QA: Be responsible for test data creation, test scripts creation, and execution to ensure high quality delivery.
• Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of technical, functional, and process documents.
• Capability Delivery: Deliver on specific capability requirements within the Technology Consulting practice.
• Process Adherence: Adhere strictly to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction

• Requirement Understanding: Interact regularly with stakeholders via video, teleconferences, and emails to understand global client processes and business problems.
• Problem Solving: Suggest practical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement them.
• Teamwork: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria: Analyst Trainee (Class of 2025)

To be eligible for the Deloitte Analyst Trainee role through the campus drive, candidates must meet the following academic and application criteria:
